She handles order processing, quoting, base size matching, and stays closely connected with our Illinois warehouse to keep everything moving.
The origin story of our founders sitting at a wobbly table hooked me right away. So many of us would not bother or know how to solve this issue. We have beautiful product and it’s clear that NOROCK doesn’t stop at status quo.
With a strong background in customer service and sales, Kristin found her perfect fit at NOROCK. She holds a degree in Women and Gender Studies from DePaul University in Chicago and later spent six unforgettable years living in New York City. Her fair share of disappointing wobbly tables — and their resulting spilled drinks — made NOROCK’s ingenious technology instantly appealing.
Outside of NOROCK, Kristin is a proud mum of twin girls who keep things lively at home. When she’s not in mum mode, she’s puzzling — competitively. Her puzzle skills have taken her to national tournaments and regular Chicago competitions, which she absolutely loves. So far, no one at NOROCK has challenged her… yet!
Montreal tops her list of favourite cities so far, and after being hypnotised to overcome her fear of flying (successfully!), she now loves to travel.
Kristin’s food favourites include Thai, Italian, and Mexican, and loves pizza…and yes — it’s thin crust. Deep dish doesn’t even enter the conversation! At home, she enjoys salmon, pasta, and pretty much anything from Trader Joe’s!
