NOROCK self-stabilising table bases are B Corp Certified
NOROCK tables are B Corp Certified
A commitment to design, stability, and a better world.

What is B Corp Certification?
Becoming a Certified B Corporation means meeting the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. It goes beyond profitability, requiring companies to demonstrate how they’re creating positive impact for people and the planet — not just shareholders.
For NOROCK, becoming a Certified B Corporation is both a milestone and a mindset. It affirms our commitment to designing smarter, more sustainable self-stabilising table bases that reduce waste, minimise environmental impact, and deliver lasting value. This certification reflects what’s always been at the heart of our work: making better tables — and doing better business.
B Corp measures impact across:
- Governance and ethical operations
- Worker wellbeing and inclusivity
- Community engagement and impact
- Environmental sustainability
- Customer responsibility and transparency

Tables that make a difference: Without compromise.
Our self-stabilising table bases are engineered to eliminate wobble, reduce waste, and stand the test of time. From product design to packaging, we consider sustainability at every step. B Corp Certification validates this commitment and challenges us to keep improving.
We design for durability and repairability, which means fewer replacements, lower lifecycle costs, and less landfill. Our packaging is FSC-certified, our components are minimised, and our team continually reviews materials and processes for lower impact.
Our commitment in action:
- Products designed to outlast conventional bases
- Reduced component count to minimise materials and energy
- Recyclable, FSC-certified, and right-sized packaging
- Long product lifespans that minimise landfill

Our journey to certification
Our B Corp journey started with a belief: the furniture industry can — and should — do better. We’ve always questioned the status quo, from the instability of standard table bases to the waste that often comes with mass production. Getting certified was about putting rigour and transparency around our values.
The B Impact Assessment gave us a framework to measure where we’re strong and where we can grow. From how we treat our team and partners, to the decisions we make around materials and distribution, every aspect of our business has been scrutinised — and made stronger.
The process:
- Full review of our environmental, social, and governance practices
- Lifecycle thinking embedded into design and manufacture
- Continuous improvement goals for product and packaging
- Focus on ethical partnerships and transparent sourcing
- Certification awarded in 2025 after rigorous evaluation
